Once we meet and assess what your mental health or alcohol/substance use issues are, we will develop a way forward providing you the kind of experienced treatment support you want to make in your personal, family and/or work life.
I provide a safe, positive, collaborative and a compassionate space that will meet you where you are regarding the mental health and substance use issues you are challenged with. Often, many of the challenges we are dealing with have more to do with 'what has happened to us,' than what is 'wrong with us.' After an initial assessment, we develop a treatment plan that works for you, addressing both your mental health needs and goals while integrating your personal and professional strengths and areas of resilience into our work together. I also specialize in ketamine (Sprovato), or alternative drug integration therapy.
